15 g lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
3ml vanilla extract
5 g powdered gelatin (1/2 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp)
25 g water (1 Tbsp + 2 tsp)
180 g heavy cream (50% whipped) (3/4 cup)
