   237ml = 1 cup

   15ml = 1Tbsp

   5ml= 1tsp

♥ fragrant cherry jam

200 g cherries (20 cherries)

90 g sugar (1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp)

1/2 lemon (juice)

♥ Cherry Jelly

160 g  cherry jam (1/2 cup)

50 g  water (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)

5 g powdered gelatin  (1/2 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp)

25 g of water (1 Tbsp + 2 tsp)

● Beautiful red velvet cake

(Mold size: 30cm*40cm)

40 g milk chocolate  (1/4 cup)

50 g milk (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)

30g Vegetable oil  (2 Tbsp)-

( grapeseed oil, canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil O / olive oil X )

4 yolks

20 g sugar (1 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)

70g   cake flour (1/2 cup)

10g (hershey's) Cocoa Powder  (1 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)

1 g baking powder  (1/4 tsp)

4 egg white

50 g  sugar (1/4 cup)

Food coloring (red color)

♥ Yogurt Mousse

210 g  cream cheese (1 cup + 1 Tbsp)

70 g  unsweetened yogurt (1/4 cup + 1/2 Tbsp)

55 g  sugar (1/4 cup + 1 tsp)

15 g  lemon juice (1 Tbsp)

3ml vanilla extract

5 g powdered gelatin  (1/2 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp)

25 g  water (1 Tbsp + 2 tsp)

180 g heavy cream (50% whipped) (3/4 cup)
