Prepare this Lemon Cake: Without Oven and in a few minutes‼️


Biscuit: 200g of cookie of your choice, 100g of melted butter


1 liter of milk, 6 tbsp of sugar (adapt to your taste), 1 tsp of vanilla, lemon zest, 2 eggs, 6 tbsp of custard powder about 70g (You can replace the cream powder with cornstarch), a pinch of salt, juice of one or two lemons (2 lemons if you want more lemon flavor)


lemon slices, mint, raspberries, blueberries (Decorate to your taste)

Preparation instructions:

- Grind the biscuit in a blender or by hand and add the butter

- Mix the milk, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest, then heat over medium heat

- Mix the eggs with the custard powder and salt

- When the milk is hot, lower the heat to low and add the egg mixture slowly while stirring

- Cook over low heat without stopping stirring until the mixture becomes thick

- Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice directly then pour over the biscuit

- let cool then put in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, then decorate
